20 Roadkill Condition License Plates for Arts and Crafts

Please see sample photos for condition! Each of these sets sold is a different set and will likely contain different states than the one pictured (each set will consist of 20 different states). Roadkill condition means there is a lot damage such as fading, dents, dings, paint, scratches, rust, full bends, holes, scuffs, bolt holes removed, parts of the plate missing, you name it. Not good for collections but decent for come craft projects.
