A few years back we bought a few thousand older MN plates. Legend has it that one collector had tens of thousands of them, taking the time to collect the surplus each year from the MN DMV. Many were later recycled, others were saved by other collectors. We've been called crazy for buying so many of these plates but crazy or not, they are really cool plates! They are all steel plates and weigh about a half a pound, twice the weight of a newer issue aluminum plate. We have some sorting to do! In the mean time, you might find one of these in a 10 pack, a 50 state set, or any of our mixed lots.
