We had to Google the word "vintage" to see how old something has to be to actually be vintage. There seem to be a lot of opinions but we liked the most common one of 40 years, plus we added a few years because it's just cooler to have all the plates be 1979 and older. Maybe we'll invite some 80's license plates to the party in a few years?
Our favorite part about these sets are the colors, the fact that they are all embossed, and full of character.
